We have had numerous things happen to us here since our move in two years ago. Someone shot our window with a BB gun (found the small BB then noticed the whole a few months after move in). We signed a new lease a year later and wasn't told we would have to start paying gas. Two months later we had a gas bill (to our surprise) and they told us we had to pay it or they wouldn't accept the rent. I called upper management and they wouldn't return my calls. There was a shooting here a few months ago. We have had several items stolen from our front porch. A bbq pit, and cigarettes (we suspect the landscapers but can't prove anything). We have told the management about this and of course as with everything else we told them, they say they can't do anything about it. For this reason (and because the new neighbors play music loudly all hours of the night) we are moving on! I know no complex will be perfect, but we have had enough!
The ants are crazy... we have tons and have had for 2 years. We have the exterminator out often. I keep my house clean, but even if a spec of food is on the floor, the ants find it and move in. I paid my last months rent and was short ONE PENNY. Now they are threatening to send me a late fees if I don't pay the PENNY. They are money hungry dogs! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
