Sorry, but as a single white and older female, I do not feel safe here. There are groups of teens and older hanging out. In the middle of the night, any one of the following seems to happen at least 3-4 times a month. Loud music, cars revving up, yelling, crying, domestic fights in apts, drunkeness in parking lot; either arriving or leaving. I'm completely tired of neighbor putting bags of trash on the porch to dispose of later, despite warnings from the office. Original office staff was superb when I moved in and some of the latest group have gab fests in the office, ignore you until you say something and just are totally unprofessional. Once they instituted a gas bill, on top of the rent, it was enough to put me over the edge. The fact that you have to use one cable provider for both TV and internet is a monopoly and runs around $90-100/month. The only good things I can say is that maintenance is handled right away and the apt. size is adequate. The entrance gate situation is a joke. It's time this complex hires a security service who is on-site from 6pm to 6am.

Ms.Single white female, While I understand your concerns,I feel that this is not the forum to address them. I also live in an apt. complex in the Southwest side of town. Try living over here. This part of Houston has the highest crime rate in the state of Texas. Ninety-five percent of the problems you mentioned happen IN MOST COMPLEXES. It is unrealistic to expect your complex to provide on site security from 6pm to 6am unless you live in Memorial or the Medical Center. My advice to you is to try and make a few friends so you can look out for each other. I guarantee this will make you a much happier person.

Ms. single white female, are you serious??? lol, you must be joking me, people leaving their trash bags on THEIR porches??? HOW DARE THEY!! you seem like one of those older nosy neighbors that always has something to gripe about, people like you need to just worry about themselves and quit butting into other peoples lives, i mean seriously , get over it already.

Respondent from 4/7/08....you must be one of those wonderful neighbors referred to in all the "NO" posts. It's a fact, you get what you pay for. I'll get a second job and move to the Woodlands and "out" of Houston. You are obviously well acquainted with rudeness. Joint porches and stairs aren't a "THEIR" thing and whose concern should it be to walk over crap scattered about by the stray cats breaking into plastic bags. BTW the trash neighbor moved....was that you? Thank god management is starting to address some of the issues posted. Good for them.

I completely agree that there should be security from 6 pm until 6 am. It would definitely increase my desire to continue living here.
