I've lived here going on a year and have rented 2 seperate apartments. The first was a one bedroom which had a pretty bad roach problem. "Pest Control" came out multiple times and nothing ever solved the problem. After our lease was up we rented a 2 bedroom which I haven't had a roach problem whatsoever. Maintenance has always been pretty good. Always happy to come fix whatever the problem is or to come out and check on something, no matter what the time is. The big big complaint I have right now is the "Courtesy" 24-hr line that they have. We have called them multiple times for different reasons and not once did we see them actually come out. And we even sat outside and waited... so whoever is the "Courtesy" people, they need re-training or something. They have always been very rude over the phone and not happy to help you with whatever the situation may be. The complex is now under new management so hopefully things will start getting together instead of continuing to go downhill.

But, overall, I find it a nice complex. Good price for the size apartments they are. Compared to newer apartments in Cypress, these are a lot larger square footage for less money per month.

Summer is here...the roaches are going to attack!!! I had never seen so many roaches in any of my previous apartment than I did over here.

I fogged my apt and they came back with a vengeance, my apt has been treated nearly every week for the yr that I have lived here and it does not get rid of them

I so can understand the attack of the roaches!! The roaches litterlay moved us out of our own appartment as if we were in their space. We moved to another apartment and so far no roaches.. Let's keep our fingers crossed....

My room mates and I have never seen a SINGLE roach. We live on the second floor, so perhaps that makes a difference. But, regardless, we have still never seen any roaches here.

I pre-treated with Combat Gel and I did this because it works. Been here over a year, only once had pest control offered. Accomplished nothing anyway. I had ants and I still have ants. No big deal, I just keep fighting them. I too have left messages for staff and do not get called back, ever! Heard rent is increasing and renters insurance is required. Hope that's not true. I like apartments fine but wouldn't go for a much of an increase and sure not mandatory renters insurance.
