We moved in about 7 months ago, the first week wasnt bad...THEN we started having problems with things in the apartment, it takes matienance FOREVER to come out, no matter how many times you call. Problems continue to come up, something is wrong with the air conditioner, they dont change the carpet for you when you move in, parking is horrible, downstairs neighbors complain over the stupid stuff like "you're making noise when you do your dishes" EXCUSE US! lets not wash dishes to their convience. When you tell management they dont do a single thing about it, they'll claim that they spoke to your downstairs neighbors and then that night you have the same issue. Since we have lived there we have heard gun shots on two different occasions, and management tells you it was fireworks. RIGHT. THEN, 5 days ago there was ANOTHER gunshot, and murder at the pool. UM, OKAY WHAT IF YOU WERE DOWN THERE WITH YOUR CHILD AT THE TIME' There was a previous situation like this before we moved in but management told us they stay on top of their game and get those people out asap. Well, it happened again. If you have children I suggest you stear clear from this place. If you dont want to worry about walking outside to do your laundry at night and getting shot, or your clothes getting stolen, if you dont want to worry about fighting with another tennant because the apartment manager gave you the same covered spot as them,if you'd like a tub stop for your bathtub before your lease is up, if you dont want ants and bug problems all the time, if you want hot water to take a shower for more than a week without any warning that they're cutting the hot water off due to a mess up from the plumbing company, if you want a toilet that constantly is messing up, DONT MOVE HERE!!! i could go on and on with all the problems around here, im just tired of typing now. Do yourself a favor, take this place off your apartment map!

to add to your thoughts, maintenance lies about coming and fixing things, there is fragments of toilet paper in the drinking water, if you have a felony, you can still live here under the terms that " if anyone asks just say your visiting" no telling what kind of felonys others have that are also living here, and not to mention people going about 60mph through the parking lot, having to park on the opposite side of the apt complex because the gates are blocked off by 10 cop cars and the office staffs lazy and dont give a rats a** about anything, and you pay for 24hr maintenace however that is nonexistant, the answering service, NEVER relays any "emergencies" and if you have 2 flooding bathrooms with feces all over your bath room floor they will just tell u to turn the water off and they'll send someone out another day... its REDICULOUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

live in the townhomes on property. it's quiet. never have a problem with parking. the maintenance staff is helpful. they helped hang a picture and even a drape from the 2nd floor loft. been on property for 2 yrs and am not aware of a murder. granted there are more problems with the front gate than i'd like but over all a decent value. certainly would not have renewed the lease if it were a "hell hole". same the drama for acting class.

ok i am moved into these apartments about a week ago and pray to God that i am not faced with the issues listed above.I stay in a townhome right by the office. It really quiet at night i rarely have a person come by my window.I dont see people hanging around in parking lots . I thought i would be nervous living by my self but things have been great. Now i cant speak for future but as of now it good. the only thing i dont like is that we only have one cable provider. and the 2nd thing i cant stand is that the office staff is never in the office i have to call 15 times to get someone .THey are never rude though. there answering service is they have nerve to have attitudes when there job is to answer the dog on phones in the first place. ugh! but yeah i cant complain i proably will when i get a nieghboor cause i dont have one as of now.

i agree with the speeders going through the parking lot. i've almost been hit several times by people coming in behind us. were right before the mailboxes where that sharp right turn is and you literally have to pull over and let everybody pass you just so you can pull into our parking spot safely. they need to add a "drive slow" sign right there. ecspecially since there are also a ton of kids after school going around on their bikes right there. and for that they need to put out a "drive slow children at play" sign. they need to do something about the speeding through the parking lot. this isn't nascar.

Raising the rent? Requiring renters insurance? All in all, I have more good than bad to say about my 2 years here. I doubt I will stay with an increase. Already added water to my agreement, now renters insurance and an increase. All in a 2 yr period.
