One of the worst apartments we have ever lived. We live in the first floor, and can hear the people upstairs moving around. The A/C machines are situated right outside our bedroom and the noise is unbearable. Many many sleepless nights. And the management doesn't give a damn even after repeated requests. Pets are constantly crapping all over the place. The pool is badly maintained and is full of kids most of the time. The GYM is the most pathetic. None of the equipment is in working condition. We are waiting for our lease to be up so that we can get the hell out of here.
If you are thinking of moving here, DONT!!

This complex was built 30 years ago. What would you like them to do about the insulation between you and your neighbors? Where would you like them to put your A/C unit? Should they replace them all right now with high tech ones? There are two A/C units right outside my bedroom window, and I don't ever hear it... it's not that they "don't give a damn" - but what did you expect them to do? They have addressed the pet waste issue and installed more pet waste baskets, which, as a pet owner myself, I can tell you they are being used way more often. The gym has a weight machine, a treadmill and an elliptical. And they DO work. For the price you are paying, did you expect a mini-24 Hr Fitness or something? It is never very busy, so I am always able to use a machine at my convenience. Sounds like you are just one of those people that wants to complain.
