I have lived here for years. I LOVE IT!! Those of you complaining about the "quality of people" are the same people who move around a lot. Right' BUY A HOUSE! In apartments neighbors come and go! Management does what they can! They aren't police! You only have control over you. USE IT! If everyone really acted as they expect others to act you wouldn't have a problem! Someone bothering you' CALL THE COPS! WAIT! better yet'!' Handle it yourself like neighbors do!The management staff is great! Again, they do what they can! They are not your WHIPPING POSTS! I have been in the office 2 times that I saw the staff being GROSSLY MISTREATED by tenants.They smiled and took it! Would you'!GET A LIFE! WATCH YOUR CHILDREN! MEET YOUR NEIGHBORS! GO TO THE MEETINGS! MAKE IT YOUR HOME OR LEAVE!!

lived here almost a year and its okay... not to many complaints except the people that were above us... we had roaches when first moved in, but after a couple cans of great foam stuff and some roach killer took care of the problem... comes to find out it was the people above us. some nasty effin people. unfortunately one can only do so much untill it is taken into your own hands. i guess everyplace does have its ups and downs its all about how you make it... and to be honest... i think that was one of the managers... lol

People in houses can be just as trashy and inconsiderate as some apartment people but you can't just pick up and leave and neigbors are not screened with back ground checks. I hate it when people are inconsiderate of others. That is what is going on when small minds have a hard time grasping the concept of living among others and respecting thier neigbors by obeying rules and laws put in place by all the people so as to not disturb everyones right to the pursuit of happiness. Loud music or voices, trashy people with trashy habits. If a person wants to live in a nice quiet well kept clean place they have to keep running to new and more expensive areas until the small minds of all kinds have evolved!
