Our main issue is with the entrance gate, there are so many idiots that drive out the entrance gate and constantly throw it off track, or honk waiting for a friend of a friend to open the gate. We no longer feel safe living here so we are not renewing our lease. There have been robberies and assaults, but you can expect to find that anywhere in the world. The apartments are old and they could use a really big face lift, including paint inside and out and fixing the outside storage closets. We've hung out with our neighbors and their storage closets are the same, the wood is falling apart and possibly being destroyed by termites. The staff to me are very friendly and helpful, as long as you're nice to them they will be nice back. Maintenance has come out in a timely fashion, although they didn't fix the problem. We still have bugs & ants on our patio and the ac wont cool past 80. For our first year in an apartment it was a good experience but we are moving to newer apartments with garages and hopefully we wont be buy an entrance or exit gate. It's too loud.
