In the past year the fire alarm set on ,3 times, in the bulding (due to lack of maintenence as per the fire station officer, came in to fix) . twice it was in the middle of the night. both times it took them 1 hours to get it fixed.

twice in the last 6 months, the maintenece guys screwed up some thing with the electic system and no lights in the corridore / outside the buliding. Each time it took them 6 days and repeated calls from multiple residents to fix it.

The front left gate is always broken. it is either left open full time or when closed the remotes wouldnt work.

management is irresposible. Every rent renewal is $70 higher rate

I see the management trying hard by posting 'good reveiws' below. If they put the same effort to do their job, this place will be so much better

Just because someone can't write properly doesn't mean that they can't leave an opinion. Although I do believe if you want to be taken seriously or be professional, you should check your grammer.
