I just found out about our new manager that we will be getting, She came from Champions Village Apartments is what I was told, so I looked at the tenet ratings for those apartments. For those of you who have not yet read what are new manager is about, read the tenant ratings for Champions Village Apartments, it looks like Stonegate Villas really screwed up on this choice. I think I'll be breaking my lease very soon.
