The main complaints I have about this apratment are cockroach, poor customer service and low quality fixtures.
Roach Problem:-
I leased this apartment for 1 year. First 2 to 3 months it was fine after that small cockroaches started crawling through the apartment. I had complained about this to apartment people thrice. I dont know whether they have done something or not' but cockroach was there everywhere. When it reached 11 months of my lease it has come up to a stage where I cant sleep or sit on the building because small cockroach will be crawling through my body. Three of my friends staying at different blocks of the apartment has this same problem & had 3-4 times logged complaint about this. I had no other option other than moving to another apartment. SO I moved to another apartment one month early & went and spoke to the stone gates manager about this. I was surprised by her reply. SHe told that she joined there 4 months back & it is for the first time she is hearing about this, eventhough I have called 6 to 8 times & given written complaints thrice. When it came to last month rent, since I moved one month early, she told it is not possible for lease breakage & told me to pay the full month rent. I bet I am the first person to spend 600 bucks for cockroach. This was terrible. I had paid the money for a problem with them. Even I had to throw all my furniture at garbage due to this.On top of all this they charged me $150 for cleaning the carpet(only normal wear & tear during 11 months stay & was clean) and roach treatment.
One more useful info from some of my friends living there - They will let you stay in a one bedroom apartment with 2 or 3 kids, which lot of people who want to say money prefer, and whenever you go to report a problem, they will tell to move to a 2 bedroom apartment for which they charge some 20 to 30% more than the normal rate, so that you will be forced to live with your complaints and will never complain about anything more.

Low Quality fixtures:-
BAthroom fixtures are of crap quality & it breaks very fast

Please please stay away from this apartment. This is my huble request to all.

Do you know what helps with the cockroaches. Picking up the nasty junk you probably drop all over the place, and probably wish someone else would pick up for you. Cockroaches dont just chill with you for the company, trust me, they know you're a reliable source of filth.

They also came from your furniture...not the apartments!
