Worst ever manager and irresponsible staff and below par maintenence

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
This new manager is totally irresponsible and very very bad. Except a 3 staff others are irresponsible. They'll never take care of maintenance issus that easily. Worst in taking care of maintenence issues. Horroble management and maintenance.
