No roaches but the place is getting 'seedy'. Repeated requests over several months to clean serious bird droppings from the Fall migration, a health issue, from balconies have gone without any response at all. On several buildings the roof gutters have gone without repair since the place was built and water pours off the sides of the buildings like niagra falls. The main pool area has become run down and is a skateboat rink after hours where mostly non-tenants congregate. Calls to 'security' are a joke. There is basically no security after hours.

Beware the 'license plate and inspection sticker scam' which the apartment owner has in place. Although little attention is paid to tenants requests and maintenance of the buildings and grounds, great attention is apparently paid to license plate and inspection stickers on cars in the parking areas which, if out of date, will beget a big red warning sticker on the front windshield from a contracted towing company and possibly a tenant's car could be towed away from their 'home' without recourse. They say its to keep junk cars out of the parking lot but its clearly just a scam. Tow truck companies are in the business of towing cars and they have stickered cars which were not out of date.

Otherwise a great place.

You might want to clean your own balcony. If we cannot get anyone to stop major water leaks and the mold that accompanies them you will be waiting a very long time to get your patio cleaned........

a) It's not the apartment's responsibility to clean off your balcony, no matter if a bird took a dump on it or you did. b) There is now after hours security. c) There is no "license plate and inspection sticker" scam. This is standard in almost every apartment complex. They also do not tag vehicles without expired tags unless they have a flat tire, so I'm going to guess you're lying there.
