I have lived in apartments over the last 7 years and I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally as the manager of this complex has treated me! Her name is Tracey and on top of the fact that her staff is a bunch of complete morons who have no idea what they are talking about, her attitude absolutely sucks! This woman is the epitome of why emotional women should not be allowed to move into management roles. Trying to file a formal complaint with the real estate property that owns Stonegate is like finding a needle in a haystack! For those potential renters here wait until the manager leaves, it would be well worth the wait.

This is the absolute truth. We have lived in this complex for 2 1/2 years. When we moved in, it was great. Now that this management company has taken over, I am ready to head out. Incompetence runs rampant through the office. There are a few new face right now who have not had a chance to be hideous, but I'm sure they will be. When the old company ran things, the office staff knew my name, my apartment number and were generally friendly. These people don't even recognize faces of repeat office visitors. The maintenance has become a problem as well as the quality of tenants that are being allowed in. I am one of the very few who has been able to get in touch with Nolan Real Estate to initiate a complaint...not that anything has happened because of it. Hopefully, as the tradition is with apartments, there will be a new, improved management team and/or company soon!

Nolan Realty bought Chez Moi apartments, too (formerly known as Walker's Bluff). As with your experience, I'm told that the management has gone downhill. I completely agree with those users who have found the management incompetent. I am frustrated at how poor the response is to complaints and pleas for maintenance! Its been 2 months since I requested a work order!! I cannot wait to get out of this place!!!!!!!
