I've been here for 12 months and the only of these negative reviews that I could understand is the speed at which tenant complaints get handled. I am very impressed with the maintenance team though. If they did make a mistake like someone mentioned, I wouldn't believe it to be careless. I've found that just double checking with management about anything has been enough for them to get on their feet, they seem pretty busy.

Pros: family oriented complex, always clean, this was by far the best deal that I could find anywhere around for a 2bed 2bath... not to mention being everything you could reasonably ask for out of a large complex. Very quiet, unable to hear through walls at all (correct me if I'm wrong I may have all quiet neighbors). Huge balconies.

Cons (barely): not too many covered areas available for renting, "most" apts will come with a fireplace and washer/drier, mine did not but I was not complaining after the price I was quoted on and there only being 2 apts remaining at the time.

Who you working for?????? We now have a new manager who seems to be taking care of business......finally. The last manager was undercover, and never wanted to talk to tenants about problems. She would have her asst. manager deal with tenant complaints because she was not fit for the job. Her asst. manager was totally rude & disrespectful with tenants. No suprise they did not survive with their attitudes. Glad that they are gone. Thank goodness for a new manager who seems to be taking care of business.....FINALLY
