My little sister lives in these apartments and for over a year they hav not fixed one single repair. Last year they fixed one thing. THeir leaky sink pipes have caused Black Mold under their sink! Here is her review:

Since the day I've moved in I've had nothing but problems pilling up in our apartment. The first week the shower curtain rod broke, I told them about it, but they still haven't come to repair it (a year and a half later). This was just the beginning. We also have two to three outlets that don't work, our blinds have NEVER worked (causing rising AC bills in the summer), there's a leak under the kitchen sink that has now caused a huge mold stain causing my husband and I to suffer from bronchitis/asthma, a horrible roach problem, fleas from the field that our dog goes potty in the complex. This is just to name a few of the issues. These would not be so bad if they came and fixed them as they happened. We call at least once a week with the problems we've had pilling up along with new ones and we are getting more and more upset. I have written a bad report about them at every website that I can, including the Better Business Burea, due to their rude and inconsiderate maintenance and customer service. I finally got them to agree to come at least LOOK at the problems in our apartment this week by threatening to sue them for the mold causing us to get sick, let's hope that it doesn't have to get to that point. (I've included a picture of the mold they've allowed to grow under our sink) Along with their maintenance problems inside mine, and others, apartments, they seem to be having a difficult time keeping the fire alarm from going off during the night, which usually takes them at least an hour to shut off. I don't recommend this apartment complex at all, my husband and I are getting out of here as soon as we can.

The curtain rod is very easy to fix, that's not rocket science. And if you have mold, learn how to clean your own apartment properly. And also, keep insisting kindly that they come to fix it. You approach them with attitude, they will treat you the same.

I am sure the above post is by some staffer. If yes, then it shows the attitude of the management.. Hay.. Look at the ratings you have got then talk.
