I have been living at StoneGate Villas for 6 months now. I really enjoy it so far. there is no excessive noise. It's safe and and secure. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
The only things I dont like:
1)Laudry room is dirty, well not always, they clean it I guess once a month but if you have personal washer and dryer , this does not apply.
2)Maintenance is very slow - I had to bug them twice before getting stuff done, but I have to say the management is very very nice and will do their best so I really dont mind it.

The Good things I like:
1)they have some barbeque times for all residents to come and hang-out either at the swimming pool or in teh clubhouse
2)sometimes they offer free breakfast for special occasions like thanksgiving or christmas...
3)other cool stuff
4)management is very nice and polite and kind. I believe if you speak to people respectfully and dont treat them like dogs they will treat you back the same, so with me it has always been nice. And i try to be understandable if they dont fix my bathtub for like a week....just be patient.
