I will try to keep this brief. I was told I could get the $50 off per month lease special with an 8 month lease, but at the last minute, was told NO, it had to be at least a 12 month lease (I will NEVER lease anywhere for 12 months again after my experience here!). I have had several maintenance issues with them that had to be reported multiple times before being fixed/corrected. One issue that STILL remains unfixed is the outdoor lighting timer in the breezeways of my building. The lights don't come on until well after dark. Makes sense, right' Everytime I call the office, and the "answering service" picks up, they ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS put you on hold before you can even tell them what you need! VERY FRUSTRATING! Finally, my vehicle had all four tires stolen during the middle of the night very recently. Mine was the THIRD vehicle in less than 2 weeks that this has happened to at this complex! Mgt and Nolan Real Estate Co. are doing NOTHING about it! I have called and complained multiple times, trying to speak to the manager, and the Regional Apt. Mgr, and they promised to return my call LAST WEEK. Didn't happen. Then they PROMISED to return my call first thing this morning. DIDN'T HAPPEN. The apartment manager even told me that the regional manager said he called me back and left a message for me, which is a BLATANT LIE!! He never called me back once! How dare he lie like that'! They have no security whatsoever. No cameras, no security guard at night, no NOTHING! When I complained about this to the manager, her response was "well we have the gated community..." OH REALLY'!'!'! Even the crappy, dingy, ghetto Stirling Court apts on Jones has a "gated community"! That does NOTHING to prevent thieves from entering the complex. When I complained that they needed security here, they said "We are talking about putting together a neighborhood watch". Well talking about it and DOING IT are two very different things. They knew about the theft problem before it happened to me, and did nothing. Didn't even bother to send out safety/concern notices about the problem to the tenants. Thanks a lot, jerks! Now I'm out over $1500 for new tires/rims, and you won't even call me back. You are all very PATHETIC, HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE employees, and even worse human beings. I hope you all have the pleasure of waking up to your vehicles having been vandalized or stolen.

I believe that all of you who are complaining need to do what I did: SUE. I had to deal with multiple problems the worse being MOLD under the sink that they ignored for a whole 8 months! I believe that we all sue then they'll have to shut down or get new management, that's what needs to happen.
