My apartment was broken into three days ago. Two other apartments were broken into the same day. I got a crime statistics report from the Sheriff's office, and I found out this has been going on for months. The property manager did not feel it was necessary to let the residents know of the crimes. I feel like if we would have known, we could have gotten together and developed some kind of plan. It wasn't until I posted signs of the burglaries that the management decided to notify the residents.

If you decide to live here, just remember to get to know your neighbors. Residents here seem to think it is another resident who is committing all these crimes.

I would like to know as well. We just moved in 2 months ago... and Im nervous about living there as well. That thursday night that you spoke about ---=i heard guns shots that woke me up out of bed. I called the cops twice - but i never saw them.

I never heard the gunshots that night; but my sources have told me that the Sheriffs Dept. did come out, and the woman was reported to have been on drugs, and was taken to jail. There have been many problems with these tenants in the past due to domestic disturbances. Police have been called to there apt. in the past. Why they have not been evicted by now is certainly disturbing.
