We have lived in this complex for four years. Our rent does not reflect the average cost, as we are in a recently renovated building that costs a little bit more. On the whole, we enjoy it here. For the most part we have wonderful neighbors, and the area is superb. The only real problem is the zero deposit thing. They really stick it to you when you move out (usually to the tune of 1,000.00 or more) if you do not keep the apartment in tip top shape. And since you payed no deposit, they can get away with it. My advise is to insist on paying some kind of security deposit. If they will let you, it is a pretty nice place to live.
