Village in the Woods is not kept up with as well as it should be. They advertize a tennis court that has no net. There are maintenance problems that go unrepaired (not service calls-cosmetic). There is never enough parking. The trash does stay picked up, but they allow people to have personal items (toys, ect) out side of their patio area which to me looks trashy.
