DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! An EMBARASSMENT!

My family and I have been living in this complex for the last year and a half. We originally moved here because we got a really great deal on a huge 2 bedroom and close to where we needed to be. I wish that we would have moved out sooner. Believe the other reviews... this place is terrible!!! It is a suprise that is such a nice clean neighborhood where it is located, that the management allows it to be in this condition! I never realized how bad it truly was until I lived here.
The grounds are kept decent, but there is ALWAYS dog crap in the grass and sidewalk, trash, not to mention all of the crap that residence put outside of their apartment. (broken toys, lawn ornaments, garbage, ect.)
The siding, if you can call it siding, is rotting and the insulation is even sticking out of holes. The porch above us is sagging in the middle and when it rains, there is a constant stream of water that runs down. When we moved in, one of the many girls in the office, told me that they were getting money to do cosmetic work, ie. siding. Of course, nothing has changed. Maintenance always comes ASAP but these poor guys have to runs around the complex on old bicycles or walk with a rusty shopping cart. This all the while the 'management' is toting around in the golf cart joyriding.
There are always gangs of teenagers hanging out at all hours of the night and sitting in the parking lot in their cars doing God-knows-what. Several times, we have had our cars vandalized, whether it be a hit and run, silly string all over our car, or both of our license plates being stolen...
When we moved in, our apartment did not have new carpeting, was satined in a few places, and had a faint smell of old smoke that was embedded in all of our things. The walls are thin, you can hear alot, but we are lucky and have nice, decent neighbors.
We are definetly moving out when our lease is up. It is truly an embarassment to bring friends hereor to even let people know where I live. Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE here... you will be truly sorry!!! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
