I lived there for 2 years. In that time, we reported that everytime it rained there was a steady stream of water coming down RIGHT IN FRONT of our patio gate. The gutter was broken, and didn't get fixed the entire time we lived there, although we reported it no less than every single time it rained. Parents let their kids go haywire. The woman living above us dealt drugs out of her apartment which we didn't know until we were ready to move out. I was out walking to the store behind the complex w/my (at the time) 5yr old daughter when all the sudden there was a pop and she started screaming and crying. One of the teens living there threw a firecracker at her and it popped on her leg. I called the cops but we couldn't find them. My husbands truck was broken into and everything was stolen. Someone put JB Weld in the door locks of my new car (fortunately it popped out). When it rains the 'woods' fall on your cars because they are mostly dead. We complained several times about falling limbs and warned management about the branches falling and how dangerous it was. We were out in front of the apartment and all the sudden there was a limb from the tree in front of us. On two separate occassions limbs fell onto my husbands vehicle and caused over $2000 in damage each time. Fortunately, they do have insurance for this and it was covered, but it could have been avoided. There were always people having sex in the pool, in broad daylight, even though there were children around. Complaining to the management did absolutely nothing. The ONLY positive thing about this complex is the wonderful elementary school and the neighborhood AROUND it. Watch your kids, cars, and other valuables if you are crazy enough to move into this hell hole.
