My family lived here for a year and hated every minute of it. We were lucky to get a parking space, the outer wall of my kids room was falling apart exposing the insulation, the laundry room was outside on my patio, the patio above me dumped water on my head when it rained, and nothing was ever taken care of in a timely fashion.

I called to have someone spray for cockroaches. Never happened. I had no problems with roaches until the people behind me moved out. We finally had to move to get away from them. Not to mention that no one cleaned up after their pets. My kids couldn't even play outside without stepping in something from another tenants animal. Disgusting!

You left here in 2003 and are just now posting? I've heard from other people about the parking problems, I've never had a problem getting a space, in fact, 99% of the time, I get the one in front of my apartment but I live in the back of the complex and it might be different elsewhere. As for maintenance not responding, I'm sorry but I just don't believe you. There have been a few times that I've had to call twice for service but I've always had a response. Normally within 1 day but definately within 3 (and that's when it's something silly like a I opened the door too fast and it put a hole in the wall). You moved out before the new siding, paint, and landscaping. No more outside wall problems. Maintenance at this complex is wonderful to say the least. I've never had a problem that wasn't handled well and to my satisfaction.

You must be special then!! Maybe things have changed, but I drive by there on a regular basis and not much looks different. There are still regular drug deals going on in the back of the complex. That hasn't changed. I have a friend who's a cop and they won't even go over there because of the track record of that place. But hey....you want to live there....whatever. You must have better connections than the rest of the tenants.
