The apartments are falling apart, there were two shootings in the last year, drug dealing on a daily basis, residents held up in the parkinbg lot, management paints over the counter tops and then charges you if there are any scratches.

Rims were stolen off two vehicles that I was aware of and the security patrol is just a joke. They park a security SUV out front but, you never see it move or go on patrol. Put it this way, not one person that works in the office would dare to live here and they have said that on several occasions.

This is Hood no doubt and if your wanting to be a victim, this is place for you.

Your thoughts are best kept Anonymous since you don't have your facts straight. I live next door to the assistant manager and I know Lloyd the service manager lives here too. plus I heard the leasing agent with the red hair has always lived here by the pool. The victims in the case are the poor people who will read and believe your bull. I love living here and feel real good about being a resident here.

I do know that everything you are saying is correct. What management didn't tell you about were the 2 break ins with in 2 weeks there, and as I was once told "Security is not for the residents, but to check on the office and make sure no cars are double parked!"
