Seems to me the people who are complaining either have not paid rent, behind on their rent, angry with managment because they did not follow the rules (everyone knows the lady who keeps writing the bad reviews-by the way, we are glad you are gone!), or just having a bad day. Anytime I have go to the office, I am greeted and asked if there is anything they can do for me with a smile as big as Texas! As a long term resident, I get treated like a king and have never been frowned upon. The maintenance team is SUPERB! Rents will go up and the staff does get to go home. But for the record, I know of FIVE staff people who DO live here. Maybe when you write a review-speak the truth!

you are exactly right in saying that people write reviews because they are behind on rent or blah blah blah...but there are some people such as myself who are caught up on rent and have never had a late payment and love living here...but can't get a smile out of anyone...i guess it's because i'm "not treated like a king" because i haven't been here for 5 years.

I have been in that office when I see that staff get treated badly, yelled at and held responsible for things that I know they have no control over. I don't think the staff OWNS our property, they work here! One "Anonymous" person even admitted to slamming the door in someones face. "Innocentandcrazy" who always complains used to have her animals (3) crapping everywhere, never on a leash. I know I complained about her several times. Is it any wonder why the staff don't smile sometimes. Personally, I would not want their jobs. Words of wisdom from a retired Marine, Not everything or everyone is as they seem. Give people the benefit of what our country allows-Two sides to every story. Seems a bit childish to think they would treat me better than you because I have been a resident longer than you...

Being here long does not get u n e thing....does not get u treated n e better. If u insist on using my name...I did not have 3 animals...so please get u'r story straight!!! If you claimed to have complained about me, I find it amusing that I NEVER heard n e thing about it. If you complained about me or my animals..I would have received a lease violation or been spoken to by management. Things that never happened. As I said..I was never behind on my rent, never had a lease violation, and had zero problems until Maria came to the property....kinda funny

Actually the staff ladies at first are nice but if you ever have a problem the assistant manager or even the manager treats you horribly. What happen to customer service I ask, they should explain things properly to all the customer not just some, and should treat all the customer the same no matter if you been here for 1 or 10 yrs.
