I had an issue with the tow company that the apartments use to keep the lot clear of junk cars. My car got stickered for a low tire and had a 10 day sticker put on it. Well the tow truck driver decided to tow it 5 days early...in fact the morning of the day that I was going to get the tire fixed [I was waiting for pay day]. So a long fight in sued and the police even had to get involved because the driver wouldn't release the car...even accused me of doctoring the sticker. After spending all day fighting with him and waiting around, it was released but we had to go and pick it up...Now the helpful part, Angie in the office was VERY helpful. She talked back and forth with the driver and us all day trying to get our car back to us and giving us updates. It was a Saturday so the manager wasn't there. She was very nice through it all :)

One issue that I and others have noticed is that quite a few phone calls aren't answered and they don't seem to listen to the messages and calls are hardly ever returned....but they are understaffed, so we have gotten used to it. I just don't want to be held liable for an issue when I try to take care of it and no one answers or calls back.

i agree 100%. i love living here. it's nice and great for my family. but you are right about the office people...they need to get on check. it seems like the ones that are on the phone when you walk in are always the ones helping us out first...while the others are just sitting there wondering why we are interrupting them. other than that...zero complaints. the parking is crazy but i deal with it. i won't be leaving for parking reasons!

Village in the Woods is the Best place to live... ! People at home are tremendously nice and kind, they always call me back and take care of my issue right away.. This is a place i can really call HOME.

Then I guess my family isn't as lucky as yours...they take a while to respond to matters that aren't maintenance matters, or if they even respond at all...
