We enjoy living in these apartments. It is clean, and the staff is very responsive. When we have needed maintenance, they always showed up the same day (usually within an hour or two). Our apartment was in good repair and very clean when we moved in. The appliances were not brand new, but they are in good repair and energy efficient. We enjoy the many trees and bushes that are all over the property. We pay our rent on time, and management has always been respectful and considerate. We are pleased with our experience, and we would still choose to live here over anywhere else.

Sounds like AIM mgmt trying to post anonymous good ratings AGAIN. Don't be fooled they will get you when you can't afford it. Ask them about concessions owed even if you give them 60 days written notice. They technically say your Apartment is 1200 a month and you get $300 off. That way you owe all 12 months of the lease in concessions should you leave as little as 1 month early. TRUE Story!

My wife and I do not work for AIMCO. I'm sorry that you had a poor experience with Village in the Woods, but we have not. Our experience has been very pleasant.

You must give notice, and according to the lease they must, but they don't. Wait until they give you less then 2 weeks to move!
