BAD MANAGEMENT AND NO CUMSTOMER SERVICE

Before I start with all the negatives of this complex I will give out a couple positives:
1. The maintence staff is AWESOME! Those guys are the only customer driven Department in the community.
2. There are at least 2 office members that seem to care.
Now for the REAL DEAL.....
The Property Manager and Assitant Manager and the most unprofessional rude individuls I have every met. If when you pay for a service you expect good customer service in return.......THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.
They rarely answer the phone during business hours (except when the two that care are in the office, and then they are the only ones that answer the phone). If you leave a voicemail it is never retuned, then the voicemail gets so full that you can't even leave messages anymore.
They tact on charges here and there and NEVER have an justification or documentation for doing it.
The security gate that was installed is usually broke down and not working.
It took over a month to replace outdoor security lights. Which made it very dark and unsafe at nights to even go in and out of your house.
During Christmas the "Giving Season" they bring in a santa clause, but if you want a pic with him...you better be ready to pay $20.00 a kid!
They are out to RIP you OFF for all of your $$$$$$$!!!!
They are sweet as can be during your aparment veiwing and renting process. But as soon as they get you.....they are very disrespectful and unaccomadating!
I would love to leave, but I have to wait out my lease because the lease is written so that you never can get out without paying out of this world amounts.
They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR "CUSTOMER" (the reason why they are in business) They only care about the money you give them.
Please Do not Live here....REMEMBER I WARNED YOU!!!! I would never want you to go through what several of us have gone through with them!!!

AMEN to that! The manager and assistant manager are very unprofesional expecially the assistant manager is has an attitude problem that is all over her. The first chance I get and I'm out of here.
I second on the maintenance they do have great service on that at least.

if you notice any thing you would have notice the complaints are not about collecting the rent , more about bad atitudes , unprofessional. Obviouly you are one of the two the complaints are about. When paying rent this is no different than paying a mortage the only difference is you do not own it yourself. I was looking for an apartment and notice this, I pay my rent on time but needed a change however I am noticing more and more the stupidity of people who have the title manager or assistance manager. if you want people to stay treat them like you want to be treat.Do not take the job as manager if you can not handle the complaints did you ever think that your atitude is why the tenants are the way they are. Change your atittude or you might fine your self with out a job. This was sent to the Texas Apartment Association.
