If you must.............

I am not very satisfied with this apartment complex. The grounds as far as grass being cut is ok. However the upkeep of the playground, tennis court and potholes are none-existent. I do not want, nor allow my child to play on the terribly dirty and falling apart play area. The tennis court if you can call it that, has had a giant hole in the gate for as long as I can remember, and forget about a net! The apartment interior is decent, however very poorly and cheaply upkept. For example the tile (kitchen & bathroom) must be laid with Elmer's glue. The appliances were not checked before move in. Lots of rust on things like sinks, toilets, refrigerators, dishwashers. The apartment looks pleasing to the eye upon move-in, however once you live in here you will see the poor quality of the materials used and prior upkeep. I guess you get what you pay for. Rent is pretty cheap. The price I have is not typical, it is based on a discount special I got at move in time. Is it a horrible living situation......No! However, it could be better. The maintenance personnel is pretty good, so as long as you don't mind calling for maintenance work all the time.
