The Staff: When we first came to look at this complex the guy was extremely nice and welcoming, but as soon as we moved in, we suddenly didn't exist to him. Anything we needed when we went to the office was a bother to him and he was very rude. My parents went in there to inquire about getting another remote for the gate so that they would have one when they visited, but as soon as he found out they were not there for an apartment he turned off his charm and was quite curt. Also we were trying to get in touch with the manager and it took us over a week of calling and going to the front office everyday, as she works for another complex elsewhere.

The Apartment: As soon as we moved in I noticed silverfish, ants, and even a large roach. The bugs weren't abundant, so I just killed whatever I saw and moved on. Now, however, they are becoming to be more and more. Also I am paying 910/month for 2 bedrooms, and the second bedroom has no light. I had to buy a lamp...The livingroom setup is a little awkward as well. You can also hear your neighbors from all directions as if they are in the same apartment as you. You can get another apartment that is similar in quality, but a better value elsewhere. One thing that is exceptional though is the maintenance. Whenever I needed something, like, my refridgerator was broken, a/c was out, they repaired it right away.

The Grounds/Parking: The grounds are well kept and for the most part quiet. They have a nice pool area and an okay gym. I don't use the computer room very often, but it is there and available during office hours. Parking is very bad at night. Often after returning home from work I have to park on the other side from where my apartment is located. There have also been break-ins of cars, but I think that is true at any apartment complex.

These are apartments are decent, but I would look elsewhere for a better value.
