New management was a very bad change.... with the exception of Quincy, the office staff is completely inefficient and ineffective.

And new management since this was written - there's only been a couple of good ones (like Quincy) under this management company and they've gotten rid of them. Once you've signed a lease watch out - you're nothing but trash even though you're paying their salaries! Been in touch with a few other move outs ... watch out again ... not only do they not return deposits they bill for replacing carpets etc - when carpet wasn't new to begin with.
