I've been living here for a year now and have decided not to renew my lease. The apartment is decent, but overpriced for what you get. The interior has ugly tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, which don't match the entry tile, the counters are laminate, and there is no light in the second bedroom. We have had bugs like silver fish, centipedes, and spiders from the day we moved in. For the prices they are charging I expect something nicer. The manager of the apartment is rarely there; I think she also manages at another location. Daniel is rude, and though he does his job, he is a pain to deal with, so unless we really need something for him, we just do without. The maintenance though is pretty prompt, and they seem to do a good job at keeping the grounds looking nice. Parking is a complete nightmare at night, if you need to park after hours you probably won't find a spot. There have been a number of break-ins, mostly cars, but recently an apartment that was very close to mine. For me the good does not outweigh the bad, though these apartments are not completely trash, I think there are better out there for a similar price. Just keep looking before you settle.
