Watch out for management company upon move-out!!

My family lived here for over 2 years. When we first moved in, it was great. The management was friendly, we had a security guard that lived on the property, etc. Before we moved out, the management had changed hands too many times to count, there was no security guard, cars and apartments were getting broken into on a regular basis. We were never late, gave more than a 60 day notice and they want to charge us $350 to replace carpet, don't show our $400 pet deposit, water paid, etc. They sent us a bill for almost $700 which included $350 for carpet replacement, $140 in unpaid water bills which we paid in full every month. This is the way they treat their good tenants''
