Gables State Thomas Ravello

2610 Allen Street, Dallas, TX 75204

07/01/14 by debra4tall: I moved here because I needed to be closer to work. Leased my suburban home and took the plunge. Move in experience was awful. If you have large furniture go somewhere else. The fire alarms go off a couple of times a month. This is frightful. You jump up thinking the place is on fire to find out it is some drunk 20 something. Like the neighborhood. Like the apartment but would love it if I more

09/29/14 by Elaa: Do not Move in - Its the worst experience staying in this Appartment. No good Parking facility, The space to park a car is very less. Money Minded people, will charge you a lot when moving out , showing very minor reasons. Will not respond immediately in case of any issues. you have to follow a lot to get a fix done in the apartment. The leasing office / Main richdale office people does not more

Watersong Villas

14645 Las Flores, Dallas, TX 75254

05/17/14 by anonymous: Ok place to live in. People don't really bother you and mind they own business. Main issue about the apartments is the freaking roads! Like holy crap they are pit holes so big and sinks your car in. It is an issue and maintenance team does the try to repair but more holes keep popping up. Wish they can completely fix the roads of the apartments with new tar and will be soo much smoother. more

Reserve at White Rock

9201 Garland Road, Dallas, TX 75218

08/12/14 by anonymous: Let me just save you the hassle of apartment/home searching. Do NOT rent here. The location is great, the town home itself is decent. But the STAFF! The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and just acts like they have something better to do. You will pay high dollar for something not even worth it. I don't mind paying a little more for great service, or a fantastic apartment, but this is neither. more

Lacosta Villas

06/10/14 by anonymous: I have lived at the Villas now 5 years above the pool. I have had friends here that hated it and the staff. My apt was spacious and clean. I personally have enjoyed living here and the staff has been awesome to me, very helpful , sweet and the maintenance guys are always so nice. my apt always needed something fixed, but they fixed it right away and if they couldn't they replaced with more

03/20/14 by anonymous: This apartment truly is a GREAT place to live. You really cant beat the location, in the heart of uptown and well within walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, anything! Pros: never had any issue finding parking very quiet building, haven't heard my neighbors once prompt maintenance staff gorgeous pool area easy access more

Gables Mirabella

2600 Cole Avenue, Dallas, TX 75204

08/01/14 by Camilla24: Since living here for about 6 months now, the water has stopped working for two days and the power has gone out 5 times due to construction or other issues around the area. Keep in mind, it is summer in Texas so when the power goes out at 1am and you cannot sleep and nothing is done by the next day when going to work at 9am, it an emergency service request by definition. The staff however gives more

Riviera At West Village (formerly Gables Turtle Creek II)

3530 Travis Street, Dallas, TX 75204

07/16/14 by izzy1788: Another overpriced mediocre generic apartment of which all you're paying for is location. Basically every day I came home, I asked myself "Why do I pay this much to live here?" As with nearly all of Uptown and West Village, the price of renting has gotten to be ridiculous. The only thing going for this place is location. Other than being next to Katy Trail and West Village, this more

Springs Apartments

4810 Cedar Springs Road, Dallas, TX 75219

09/30/14 by Chn: My issues came on move-out. I asked Judy prior to move-out if I should have the carpet cleaned. I was instructed by Judy if there was a problem she'd let me know. Judy let me know by sending a $900 new carpet bill. I asked if I could have it cleaned prior to the replacement of the carpet to see if the stain in the downstairs bedroom could be removed, she told me no. I have called Judy's more
