I'd agree with the previous poster about the general dodginess of this place. I lived here for two years and while the building was sort of cool and I appreciate that Power Properties is making an effort to reconvert older rundown buildings, they still lead to a scary place to live.

One time I had someone try to break in my bedroom at night and friends who came to visit would immedialtely lock my door upon entering.

Maintanence was also terrible. The airconditioning was almost constantly out for 4 months in the summer and the office staff didn't seem to really care. Other tenants were generally nice, though the semi regular parties and sports watching in the courtyard were an annoyance in such a small place with the noise.

Generally I would avoid Power Properties in the future if I returned to Dallas. Also like the other poster they took all my deposit saying the dog ruined the carpet which was simply not true.
