I just moved in this week.

I live in the A3 floorplan with a balcony overlooking the courtyard with the fireplace.

Huge balcony.

The leasing staff esp.

Brett are all nice.

Maintenance is taken care of same day.

Parking is ample with elevators close to your residence.

Gym is small.

Subway and CVS are downstairs.

Walking distance to overpriced resturants in West End shopping area.

Walking distance to downtown.

Secure building, need passes, has security guard and cameras.

Appliances and interiors are modern, not lofty.
