I moved in about 3 weeks ago and I love it here.

The only real issue I have encountered is the parking spots.

They are amazingly tiny but if you can get the right one, it's not a problem.

Everything else is great! The apartments are nice and the appliances are very nice.

I don't know what the other people were talking about with the trash in the halls and cigarettes, I've never seen any of that.

Apparently JPI hasn't owned it for very long, but I find staff to be incredibly nice.

They are very prompt to.

I have ordered 3 service requests (mainly for things my fault).

I order the request online in the morning, and it is done before i get home from work at night.

I love it here and would highly recommend it!
