1001 Ross is a great place to live.
The location is great.
You have chipotle and the Walrus(Cool New Bar) next door, and west village/ Victory Park is a cheap cab fare away.
The staff is very friendly and reliable.
The floorplans are some of the best in Dallas.
The price freakin unbelievable.
It is a great value.
I was shopping the upper tier apartments in the downtown west village area and 1001 Ross blew everybody away on value.
Security is pretty good.
Parking is good.
The hallways and elevators are always clean.
The maintenance guys are on top of things.
Also, the walls are very thick.
I have never heard a sound from my neighbors even though they say they play their music loud at times.
