I would not recommend this place...

they promote this place as "luxury living", but it is far from that.

The trash room is always in bad shape, the hallways are dirty and the garage not clean.

I would suggest a different part of Dallas, maybe closer to McKinney Avenue, as the West End is not particularly exciting, and more oriented towards tourists rather than proper residents who will be in the neighborhood year-round.
