I have lived here for right at 2 years and still love it, love it more now actually. I am the first person in my apartment which means I have been through several rounds of office staff and neighbors. I really like the new staff, they seem really nice and actually remember my name and apt number without me telling them, may not seem like much but i've lived in lots of places. The neighbors seem to be better than ever as well, other than the ones that think it's cute to move the door mats around and ring door bells from time to time. Overall I really like it here. The maintenance is quick and kind, the staff is very sweet, the security is efficent. Get downtown before all the others do, this place is going to be happening in about 2 years. Get it while it's still here!
Oh, forgot, the parking isn't great but seriously, who thinks its a good idea to have a hummer in freakin downtown. Parking spaces are huge but comeon, learn to park or do like me and walk most of the time.
