I lived at 1001 ross ave. and before you move in check this out!

1. If you are a christian and a christian only, you will love it here! They have bible studies and or "fellowship meetings", and you will get little flyers in your door about it to. The group is ran by a practicing preacher and his wife, I really wish they would leave the bibles out of it, and just have a "tenant meeting" open for all types of people with different races and cultures, but with their over the top christian (forced down your throat ways) it makes it impossible to want to live there and be happy with it. By the way they like to deny this, but you will see it if you live there.

2. They will screw you on your lease! The lease I signed said I had wireless internet, I NEVER DID! THE PARKING WAS HORRIBLE. The elevators break down non-stop, and the security they "promote" having, is not what they promote. In fact the security does not seem to secure to much except I did see them always with a girl on their lap when passing by (and several times asleep). Also I would see these "gangsta wannabees" walking around alot and a few times while in the "computer room" I saw them starting fights with someone else in the computer room, and the security guy knew about it and did nothing, he just laughed about it''''!

3. If you have a complaint about something, they really do not take care of it. They like to act corporate and fake and say they are going to take care of something but they dont.

4.The security pass and all that stuff does not work, people get in all the time, they roam the halls at night waking everyone up, setting off fire alarms, there was always drama and someone acting up at night!

This place is way to over priced to deal with all of this, If you are going to live there make sure your windows are closed when you want to sleep, make sure you have earplugs in if you cannot sleep with noise going on around you, I would also suggest entering from the back of the facility, and never speaking to the security or management, just keep to yourself until your next place! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
