05/31/14 by anonymous: Wow, what can I say... moving to the Argyle was the worst decision I have ever made! Horrible staff, building is falling apart, dirty, gigantic bugs EVERYWHERE, and very unsafe (I found homeless people sleeping in the entry way several times). Bottom line - if you want a place that resembles living in a dumpster... The Argyle is right for you! more

06/06/14 by Verified Resident: I have enjoyed my moving in experience and my time here so far. There have been no issues. Everything is clean, quiet, and up to my expectations. I am happy we chose to live here in comparison to other apartments we looked at based on size, price, location, and appearance. more

08/19/14 by Verified Resident: This is a very quiet and safe community with friendly staff and polite maintenance. It is next to a nice residential area and when leaving the apartments you often see people walking their dogs, or going for a run, giving it a homey feel. Apartments themselves are in very good condition considering that they are 20 years old. more

08/19/14 by Verified Resident: Community is good, no issues with any other tenants. The staff doesn't follow through or call back when they say they will. It takes a long time to get service requests completed and issues resolved. The pool has been closed the entire year I've lived here, and the grounds are not kept up well, there has been a water leak by my apartment for a month. more

02/15/14 by SumGr8Rwrd74: Update 5/9/14 Before I share the update, I am going to give you a quick synopsis of my novel: 1. I have chronicled nearly everything I experienced. Grab a snack while you read. 2. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better staff, maintenance, and on-site management in surrounding properties for the price you pay to live here. So, keep that in mind as you read. 3. It does NOT more

08/12/14 by becauseican29: Beautiful but made out of very cheap material!!! I was one of the first tenants to move in after construction was completed. We were offered the first full month of rent off which we were able to prorate an drop the monthly rent to a little over $900. Great price for the area! Cons: Walls are paper thin. I could literally hear everything my neighbors did; talking, showering, walking, doing more

07/19/14 by anonymous: When I first moved in, I absolutely loved it. So much history in this building! Then 6 mos later, the newness wore off and I started realizing so many things off about this place. Concierge is such a great concept -- if they are there to help you. The concierge at night will leave the desk unattended or will have his buddies surrounding the desk and blaring music. Gene, Nicole, and 3 of the more

08/18/14 by acorns2009: My husband and I were looking for an apartment after our previous one had poor communication in stating that we had to move for renovations (along with our rent increasing $125/mo) after we had been there 3 years and never made late payments. P.S: Don't recommend going to the Verandas at Timberglen; the apartment adjacent to this one. Enough about them, I want to talk about Stone Ridge. We more
