Very Good...but not perfect

I moved in here a month ago and so far I really like my new place. They are really well built, very sturdy, and well worth the price. That being said, its only fair to mention the following points, because they won't:
1. Be weary of the units facing North towards the tollway. There is construction going on there and they get up early to work. Constant sounds of back-up sirens, drilling, yelling etc. can be heard starting at about 7 a.m. daily.
2. The complex sits right in the flight path to Love Field. If there is a North wind blowing the planes literally buzz the place on their approach to the runways. This can get really loud, and they also start early and will go late.
3. Another small gripe is that they told us there were no units with balconys left and that they are sold out. They aren't. There are plenty of vacancies in our building.
All of these are buyer beware situations, but so far haven't really taken away from the experience. They are worth the price, but aren't perfect.
