I only have one complaint about my actual apartment - HORRIBLE cell service. Unless I am hugging the window, I can barely get a signal. And many spots in my apartment get no signal at all. Other than that, I love the layout, love the hardwood floors, love the courtyard.

The staff here is ridiculous though. It seems like the only person in the office that has been helpful is Heidi - and I rarely see her anymore. One leasing agent tells you one thing and ten minutes later another will tell you something different. Many of them act like they are being "bothered" when asked to actually do something for a resident.

The pool is small, but nice. The workout room is great. The business center is virtually useless - the internet rarely works or the mouse is usually dead.

There have been several times when someone has puked in the hallways/elevator and failed to clean it up. There are often empty beer bottles left in common areas. This place reminds me a little of a college dorm, but much more expensive.

I won't be renewing my lease here - there are similar apartments out there for less money. Overall, not a bad experience, but not great either.

I just moved out. This guy is DEAD on. This place sucks!

This guy is telling the truth. The staff indeed acts very busy and you feel sorry that you are wasting their time and you feel like you have to rush and it is not a good experience at all.
