I just signed up to live here another year. I haven't had elevator problems like the last guy, gates are sometimes open, but they hired security guards and I'm happy about that. I think the manager is great. She just had a happy hour and we all had a blast! Maintenance is really good, they change my filters without me even asking! I really like this place. Its expensive, but my apartment is gorgeous and I live near downtown so I pay more for that.
