I looked at this property. I mean it's nice and new but its cheaply constructed. When i visited this property i noticed the fitness center was on the top floor which was under the club house. Well someo ne was on the tread mill by the time we got to the club house the ceiling fan was shaking from the movement of the treadmill from about. This was a bad sign to me.. I don't like hearing neighbors above me.. If the club house was that noticable then you know the apartments are the same.
