The owners won't put a dime into proper maintenance but that is not the fault of the management. As far as the maintenance staff itself, all but one of them is completly worthless. I'm happy - My one bedroom faces downtown, I love the view. Move in was easy and I had no problems with the management. My only complaint would be that they are still working around here and the smell of paint and saw dust can get to you. But I am happy it's brand new.
