When I moved in over 3 years ago, the facility was in ok shape. The elevators worked, the pool was clean, the yard was well managed, and you could actually find the apartment manager. Now, things have changed drastically. There are drug dealers in the parking lot. And the people that they are selling them to, hang out down there and shake. I personlaly have call the cops several time and they don't seem to help the situation. I have caught naked men in the pool before 10:00 pm, during the week. Dogs are constantly off leashes and big dogs are allowed in the complex. I am not against big dogs, love them in fact, but not off leashes. The elevators have been broken for over a year. The yard in half dead and covered in dog excrement. The stairway is falling apart, literally. Everything is rusted. There is a huge hole in the pool area and there has been for weeks. I am embarassed to bring anyone to the house. People are moving out left and right and I am the next to go, if things don't change dramatically, fast.
