Truly horrible

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Until a year ago, this was a great place, but for a solid year we've been had no elevators, concrete stairs that literally are falling out from under us and no customer service whatsoever. We have drug dealers living in several of the apartments and all the assorted clientelle present constantly that goes with that. It is impossible to get a response from management.
