We lived there for 3 1/2 years, the most unsafe, drug ridden, horrible complex around.. you would be safer in South Dallas !!! Can't find office staff, ever !!! Dog CRAP everywhere !! Horrible maintenance. Elevators broken for years. Loud.. Cars get broken into, people at your door at all hours looking for drugs. I could NOT emphasize how unsafe and Tragic this place has become.. it was great when we moved in, but the drugged out management, including Jim French, have made 4242 a hell hole.
